Shipping — UK orders

We ship to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Scotland, and the Channel Islands. At launch, we are UK-only. International shipping will be added as the business grows.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link when your order leaves us. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns — change of mind

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return it for a full refund, no questions asked. The post must be unused and in its original packaging.

Sleeve refills are consumable items. We are unable to accept returns on opened sleeve orders unless they are faulty.

Pack the post securely in its original box and attach the returns label.

Drop it at any Post Office. We'll refund you within 5 working days of receiving it back.

Return postage is free for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the return postage cost is deducted from your refund (typically £4.99).

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we want to know immediately. Email hello@getculm.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will offer you the choice of a full replacement sent at no charge, or a full refund including original postage. We will not ask you to return a damaged item unless we specifically need it for a quality investigation — if we do, we'll send you a prepaid label.

The bamboo post is a natural material and will have natural variation in colour and grain. Minor variation is not a defect — it's part of what makes each post unique. If you have any concerns about the quality of your post on arrival, email us and we'll help you assess whether it's within normal variation or a genuine issue.

Sleeve subscriptions — cancellation

If you choose a recurring sleeve subscription, you can cancel at any time with no penalty. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no dark-pattern hoops to jump through.

To cancel, either use the link in your subscription confirmation email, log in to your account, or email us. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled dispatch. We do not charge for a sleeve that has already been dispatched when you cancel.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. In particular, you have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it (the "cooling off period") and receive a full refund including standard delivery costs. Our 30-day returns policy is more generous than the statutory minimum — it sits on top of, not instead of, your legal rights.
